5 Day Itinerary — Tusheti MTB Tour
Day 1 — Abano Pass to Omalo
The Tusheti MTB tour begins with one of the most spectacular mountain roads in Georgia — the legendary Abano Pass. Our 4×4 vehicle takes us to the top of the pass, from where we begin a breathtaking descent toward Omalo through dramatic Tushetian mountain scenery. Highlights: Abano Pass, panoramic Caucasus views, scenic mountain descent, traditional Tushetian villages.
Day 2 — Oreti Lake
Today we explore the beautiful trails around Oreti Lake. Our 4×4 takes us to the starting point, from where we ride through flowing mountain terrain, alpine scenery and peaceful remote nature far from tourist crowds. Highlights: Oreti Lake, alpine landscapes, flow trails, remote mountain riding.
Day 3 — Diklo to Dartlo
One of the most scenic days of the entire Tusheti MTB tour. We ride between the ancient villages of Diklo and Dartlo, surrounded by medieval stone towers, dramatic valleys and endless mountain views. This is mountain biking through living history — trails that have connected these villages for centuries. Highlights: Diklo village, Dartlo village, traditional stone towers, scenic mountain traverses.
Day 4 — Girevi to Chigho
A true wilderness riding experience through remote valleys and hidden mountain trails. This stage of the Tusheti MTB tour offers some of the most authentic and untouched riding terrain in all of Georgia. Our 4×4 support vehicle follows throughout, carrying gear and offering assistance when needed. Day 5 — Dartlo to Abano Pass
